I have an opportunity for a self employed landscape gardener to take on leads in Bristol, Weston super mare, North Somerset and Somerset areas.
This opportunity will suit an experienced operator with spare capacity or a landscape gardener intending to, or has recently started out on his or her own looking for a regular supply of good leads.
We are not an agency churning out leads. We generate our leads through our flowerpotman.com landscaping and DIY information website. The lead will be yours, not offered to ten others resulting in a queue to offer the lowest quote.
You will
- Be fully experienced in all or most of the following skills (leads can be allocated to match your skills) Paving, fencing, garden clearance, lawn turfing, building and repairing garden ponds and garden maintenance
- Have your own van or trailer.
- Be able to fund the cost of materials or arrange with the customers for an upfront payment for materials or preferably have a credit account with a builders merchant.
- Be able to and prefer to work un-supervised.
- Be a good negotiator and when writing quotes cover all work to be carried out in detail, i/e include depth of hardcore base for paved patios etc.
- Put all quotes in writing preferably by email.
Mike will
- Provide leads generated through my website www.flowerpotman.com throughout the season.
- Not make any upfront charge for leads.
- Agree a fee of between 5% and 10% of actual profit (after costs have been deducted) to be paid to him on completion of the landscaping work.
- Require to be copied in on all quotes.
